Next Generation Gasketed Heat Exchanger
With the motto "There is always something better.", we have developed a 3 Channel Gasket System as a result of our R&D studies questioning the existing gasketed heat exchanger technology. Our next-generation heat exchangers, produced with an innovation approach that involves not only introducing a new product but also improving the existing one, provide more efficient heat transfer compared to the previous generation thanks to the 3 Channel Gasket System, with higher corrosion resistance and longer lifespan.
3-Way Flexible Press Channels
Gasketed Heat Exchangers provide sealing by placing gaskets between the plates. With the three symmetrical press surfaces we created in the new system, we prevent permanent deformation on the main gasket body. Thanks to the elasticity of the channels, even if deformations occur on the channels over time, the permanence rate of these deformations is low. This eliminates the need for gasket replacement during maintenance of the heat exchangers. Therefore, this system extends the life of the heat exchanger and reduces spare part costs.
Thin Section Press Surface
In standard gasketed heat exchangers, the surfaces pressing the previous plate are thick. In the 3 Channel Gasket System, the upper surfaces of the gaskets are separated from the gasket main body in a V shape, creating a thin section press surface. This thin section also makes the heat exchanger more durable against possible pressure fluctuations.
