Magnetic Coupling Pumps

Magnetic coupling pumps prevent leakage and emissions with their special sealing designs. That's why they are suitable for pumping corrosive and hazardous liquids. These pumps have a simple structure and require very little maintenance, saving on repairment and spare parts costs. The external magnet placed on the drive shaft transmits the rotation to the internal magnet connected to the impeller, which rotates and moves the fluid through the pump, thus the transfer process is achieved.

Magnetic Coupling Pump Advantages

  • Special hermetic design of magnetic coupling pumps prevents the leakage of chemicals, corrosive liquids, explosive and flammable liquids and prevents environmently dangerous situations for the concerned users.
  • Another advantage of sealing is that it prevents the loss of expensive fluids and eliminates possible refill costs.
  • Magnetic coupling pumps are very reliable and require very little maintenance due to their simple design. Under normal operating conditions, these pumps can operate for more than ten years without requiring any repairs, so the frequency of maintenance is very low. However, it is recommended to check the o-rings and bearings every two years to ensure there is no wear.
  • It is very simple to connect the coupling as there is no need for motor/pump adjustment.
  • NeFeBo standard is available in the magnetic coupling, which provides high torque.
