Magnetic Coupled Centrifugal Pumps without Mechanical Seal
In without Mechanical Magnetic Coupled Centrifugal Pumps, the magnetic field located between the external magnet connected directly to the motor shaft and the internal magnet, which located inside causes rotation without physical contact between the parts. Thus, the impeller rotates and moves the fluid. The rear housing is placed between two magnetic joints and seals the hydraulic section airtight from the engine. There are three different magnetic coupling centrifugal pumps in the GemmeCotti brand.
HTM 15-31-40 PP/PVDF
- Thermoplastic material made of PP or PVDF
- Capacity up to 45 m³/hour
- Head up to 33 m
- Injection molded parts
HCM
- Thermoplastic material made of PP or PVDF
- Capacity up to 130 m³/hour
- Head up to 48 m
- Head material machined from solid block
HTM SS316
- SS316 quality stainless steel material
- Capacity up to 32 m³/hour
- Head up to 24 m
Magnetic Coupling Turbine Pumps without Mechanical Seal
In Without Mechanical Seal Magnetic Coupling Turbine Pumps, the magnetic field between the outer magnet and the inner magnet creates a rotation and moves the fluid without physical contact between the parts and the turbine. The rear housing is placed between two magnetic joints and seals, through which the hydraulic section airtight from the engine.
GemmeCotti magnetic coupling turbine pumps are available in three different models.
HTT
- Thermoplastic material made of PP or PVDF
- Capacity up to 9 m³/hour
- Head up to 50 m
HTT-SP
- Thermoplastic material made of PP or PVDF
- Capacity up to 7 m/hour
- Head up to 25 m
- Self-priming up to 3 mHTA
- Metallic material made of AISI316
- Capacity up to 7 m³/hour
- Head up to 80 m
Magnetic Coupling Palletized Pumps without Mechanical Seal
In without Mechanical Seal Magnetic Coupling Palletized Pumps, a magnetic field is created between the external magnet connected to the motor shaft and the internal magnet to which created torque transmission. This magnetic field produces a rotation without physical contact between the parts and the rotor spins. The blades inside the rotor slide in and out of their slots and move the fluid. The rear housing is placed between two magnetic joints and hermetically seals the hydraulic section from the engine.
GemmeCotti has two different volumetric pump models.
HPP/HPF
- Thermoplastic material made of PP or PVDF
- Capacity up to 1000L/hour
- Pressure up to 5 bar
HTP
- Metallic material made of AISI316 stainless steel
- Capacity up to 2100L/hour
- Pressure up to 13 bar
- Self-priming
Centrifugal Pumps with Mechanical Seals
Mechanical Seal Centrifugal Pumps have an open impeller design. Thanks to this structure, through which fluids containing solid particles can be easily pumped by this model. The seal in pumps with mechanical seals consists of a static ring and a rotating ring located on the pump shaft, which is directly connected to the motor shaft. It is important that these two surfaces slide together and get wet. In these pumps, the sealant is the pumped liquid itself.
GemmeCotti brand HCO model series are with mechanical seal.
HCO
- Thermoplastic material made of PP or PVDF
- Capacity up to 58 m³/hour
- Head up to 38 m
- There are two different types of mechanical seals:
- Lip type mechanical seal for HCO 95-10 model
- Mechanical seal with internal PTFE for all other pump sizes
Vertical Shaft Centrifugal Pumps
Vertical shaft centrifugal pumps have a special shaft and are suitable for direct tank submersion applications.
The following models of the Gemmecotti brand also have a vertical shaft pump option.
H.V.
- Thermoplastic material made of PP or PVDF
- Capacity up to 40 m³/hour
- Head up to 22 m
- Monoblock pump with semi-open impeller
- Use of highly corrosive liquid with solids in suspension
- Maximum length 1000mm
HVL
- Thermoplastic material made of PP or PVDF
- Capacity up to 57 m³/hour
- Head up to 39 m
- Monoblock pump with semi-open fan
- Use of highly corrosive liquid with solids in suspension
- Maximum column length 2000mm
HTM-V

- Head up to 26 m
- Special design for PCB production
Atex Pumps
ATEX certified pumps, also known as ex-proof (explosion proof) pumps, operates through use of motors, which specially designed not to cause sparks, static electricity charges or electric arcs. It is mandatory to use ATEX certified pumps in systems where fluids of high explosion risk applied. All our ATEX pumps comply with technical and safety requirements of ATEX directive 2014/34/EU. Our current ATEX certified pumps have Zone 1 II 2G c Tx and Zone 2 II 3G c Tx codes.
