Features of Mono Pumps
Mono Pumps provide smooth fluid transfer in many sectors, even under the most difficult application conditions. The features that cause mono pumps to be preferred can be listed as follows.
Features of Mono Pumps
- Different capacity options (max: 300 m³/h)
- Ability to work at high pressures (max: 72 bar)
- Wide rotation ranges at high and constant temperatures (-30°C - +300°C)
- Low and Suitability for the transfer of high viscosity fluids
- Transfer of sticky, abrasive, crushing and foaming-sensitive fluids
- Providing smooth and linear, fluctuating, measurable flow
- Vibration-free and quiet operation
- Continuous flow with self-vacuum (vacuum from 8.5 m)
- Cast iron, metal made of SS 316 and other special alloys, NBR or Viton elastomer material options
- Resistance to all kinds of wear and corrosion
- Compliance with PLC / SCADA systems
- Compliance with CIP / SIP studies
Mono Pump Application Areas
With its stabilization-oriented working principles, it is suitable for the transfer of low and high viscosity fluids, as well as for the transfer of abrasive, sticky, crushing and foaming-sensitive fluids. It never breaks down the fibers of the fluid it contains and does not cause any change in the product structure. Mono Pumps generally protect the quality of products and systems by preventing foaming or excessive watering of solid or semi-solid fluids.
With these features, they are used in many sectors, especially the following ones.
Purification
- Polyelectrolyte, lime, etc. in water and wastewater treatment. transmission of chemical solutions and all kinds of treatment sludge, belt filter press and filter press sludge feeding.
Chemical Industry
- Phosphoric acid
- Fuel Oil
- Shampoo
- Lime
- Iron (3) chloride
- Chemicals such as caustic and alum promotion
Food Industry
- Dairy products
- Animal feed production
- Honey, canned food, fruit pulp processing, jam, butter, hazelnut paste processes
- Beverage, chocolate and syrup production
- Transfer of viscous liquids under hygienic conditions in sugar, molasses production and meat puree processes. promotion
Other Sectors
- Clay, sand etc. in mining. promotion of water containing solids
- Liquidation of bilge waste in maritime
- applications with viscous liquids in the pharmaceutical, paper and ceramic industries
Nova Rotors Flanged Industrial Series
Nova Rotors Flanged Industrial Series is the basis of the Diamond series. It is an ideal product series for the most demanding applications with its robust stainless steel cast cases and large control ports. Diamond DN and JN series are the best solution for pumping a wide range of industrial liquids. These models; It is synonymous with robustness, reliability, performance and application flexibility. They can be used with UNI, DIN and ANSI flange and GAS BSP threaded connections.
The drive system is connected directly to the pump via a flange. This solution is extremely economical and compact, significantly reducing installation costs and simplifying maintenance. The forces generated by the hydraulic part are supported by the drive system itself.
The drive unit is connected to the free bare shaft by a flexible coupling. This solution is the best solution in terms of performance and durability. All forces generated by the pump are absorbed by the bearings. The bearing unit is modular and, if desired, can be mounted on another similar model of the DN series in the future.
Nova Rotors Hygiene Series
Nova Rotors hygiene series, which is a state-of-the-art product; Perfect for food, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic industries. These pumps, which are registered to comply with EHEDG and 3A standards, provide maximum disinfection with their completely hygienic design. These pumps have the highest rating for Cleaning-in-Place and Sterilization-in-Place procedures. The geometry of the pumps is specifically designed to avoid complete discharge and dead zones. Each component is produced and sterilized with optimum attention to finishing details.
If requested, the block construction and base, as well as the parts in contact with the product, can be manufactured from stainless steel. (Standard in AISI 304)
Available hardware includes DIN 11851, DIN 11864, ISO 2852 clamp, ASME-3A clamp, DIN 32676, RJT, SMS 1145 and Garolla and Macon fittings for the wine industry.
All pump types, block construction (DXO SERIES and DXC SERIES) or bearing unit and free bare shaft (JXO SERIES, JXC SERIES).
DXO Series
DXO series is an open joint hygienic pump. The design of its body and rotating parts is completely free of stagnation points and dead zones. Thus, it fully meets the needs of sanitary applications. The pin type connection is appropriately sized to ensure a long life. Since the lubrication of the pin is provided by the fluid itself, it is suitable for non-corrosive fluids. Performance increases significantly when pumping lubricants.
DXC Series
The DXC series is a closed needle (standard to DN series) hygienic pump and is ideal for corrosive sanitary applications. In all other respects it has all the sanitary features of the DXO series. The lubrication of the pin is independent of the product pumped, so it is also suitable for corrosive fluids.
