Boiler Standards
In line with Ekin Industrial's principle of offering long-lasting and high-quality products, there are certain standards in the production of our boilers and a high level of quality is aimed. By minimizing the risk of corrosion, both costs are reduced in the long term and importance is given to human health.
Paint Standard
The casing of MIT Boilers is coated with electrostatic powder paint developed in parallel with the environmental awareness created in the world. Electrostatic powder paint is environmentally friendly. It does not contain substances such as lead or solvents. By being coated with iron phosphate before painting, the risk of rusting is minimized, ensuring its durability. There are no problems such as dripping or fading in the paint. The following paint tests are applied daily in our laboratories:Impact TestScratch TestBend TestSalt TestAccording to European Standards, the salt test, after iron phosphate, lasts 380-420 hours with electrostatic powder paint, while for MIT boilers, this standard duration is 460 hours.
Enamel Standard
Our boilers are designed, produced, tested, and delivered to exceed European Standards in accordance with ISO 2722 standards for test performance. The quality of the raw material we use is one of the most important factors that allows us to document our top-class product in these tests. In MIT Boilers, Ereğli TRKK 6222 low carbon hot rolled sheet metal suitable for cold forming is used. This sheet metal is resistant to aging, suitable for welding, has deep drawability properties, and is suitable for enamel coating by single/double layer or single/double firing.
