Thanks to our expert engineering team and continuous R&D investments for over 15 years, we consistently update and improve our exchanger technology.

New Generation Gasketed Exchanger
With the motto "There's always room for improvement," our R&D efforts questioning the existing gasketed exchanger technology led to the development of the 3-Channel Gasket System. Produced with an innovation philosophy that encompasses not just creating new products but also improving the existing ones, our new generation exchangers, thanks to the 3-Channel Gasket System, provide more efficient heat transfer than the previous generation, are more corrosion-resistant, and have a longer lifespan.

Triple Flexible Pressing Channels
Gasketed Exchangers achieve sealing by placing gaskets between the plates. In the new system, we prevent permanent deformation on the main gasket body thanks to three symmetric pressing surfaces we've created. The channels' elasticity ensures that even if deformations occur over time on the channels, the permanence rate of these deformations is low. This eliminates the need for gasket replacement during maintenance of the exchangers, thereby extending the life of the exchanger and reducing spare parts costs.

Thin Section Pressing Surface
In standard gasketed exchangers, the surfaces pressing against the previous plate are thick-sectioned. In the 3-Channel Gasket System, however, the upper surfaces of the gaskets separate from the main body in a V-shape, creating a thin-section pressing surface. This thin section also makes the exchanger more resistant to potential pressure fluctuations.
