MIT Air Separator:
As the temperature of high-pressure water increases, oxygen bubbles can form and cause problems in the system. In this case, the air separator steps in to remove the air bubbles from the system, preventing many potential issues such as corrosion, reduced heat transfer efficiency, heating problems, and cavitation.
MIT Air Separator captures air bubbles through its specially designed stainless steel separation stages. The built-in air vent expels the accumulated air from the system. Other deposits can also be discharged through the drain connection located at the bottom. It can be manufactured with flanged, threaded, or welded connections upon request.
