MIT Air Separator
As water temperature increases under high pressure, the appeared oxygen bubbles get problematic in the installation. In this case, the air separator comes into play and separate air bubbles, to avoid possible problems such as corrosion, heat transfer defficiency, other heating problems and cavitation.MIT Air Separator retains air bubbles, via specially designed stainless steel separator device. It removes the accumulated air from the system by expelling, through air vent on it. Other debris can also be drained from the drain connection at the bottom. It can be produced as flanged, threaded or welded upon request.
MIT Balance Tank
Fluids used in closed-circuit boilers, cascade and various air conditioning systems lose heat while returning from the installation to the heating source. This heat loss can cause thermal stresses in the heating source. These tensions cause malfunctions and shorten the equipment life, and respectively the entire system. Additionally, hydraulic imbalances may ocur, due to these temprature fluctuations. These hydraulic imbalances cause excessive load on pumps, causing malfunctions and shorten the life cycle. Using a balance tank prevents these possible malfunctions and ensures stable operation of the system. Such investment extends the equipment life cycle, makes it more profitable, due to preventing possible repairment and replacement costs.
MIT Package Balance Tank
The package Balance tank covers all required functions done by hydraulic balance tank, as well as air separator and sediment trapper. This provides advantages in terms of installations cost, labor and space.
