Benefits

Compared to conventional membrane expansion tanks, they are very sensitive pressure balancing systems. They have the advantage of a smaller volume due to their operating principle. They provide ease of maintenance and service.
Designed to pass through all doors in compliance with TSE standards.
There is no risk of membrane puncture as there is no nitrogen (pressurized air) pressure inside the system tank.
The device is supported by pumps separately with frequency inverters. Water level is constantly monitored with sensitive level sensors in the tank.
The automation system detects the amount and location of leaks in the system and when approaching dangerous limits, it closes the system, providing visual and audible warnings. It uses 99% of the tank volume. The expansion system is ideal for limited spaces.
Thanks to the touch screen, color screen, and internet module of the automation system, the device can be accessed locally and remotely.
The automation system can send fault alerts to defined phone and email addresses. This prevents burst, flooding, and significant damage to devices in large systems. The automation system keeps a record of the last 20 faults occurred.
No pressurized gas is needed inside the tank. Atmospheric air pressure is sufficient. Since there is no pressure in a pump-controlled expansion tank, it is outside the pressurized vessel class.
It eliminates air and heating issues at top floor points in installations.
In traditional expansion tanks, membrane replacement is required at least every 3 years. Additionally, annual maintenance is necessary.
In a pump-controlled expansion system, there is no need for membrane replacement and annual maintenance.
